摘要
采用板料成形有限元软件Dynaform对某车用铰链进行数值模拟,分析比较了直接成形和成双冲压两种方案。结果表明:成双冲压可在有效减少起皱的情况下使材料得到充分的变形,使零件得到足够的强化。针对成双冲压,对坯料形状进行了优化。由模拟仿真可知,影响该零件成形质量的主要因素是压边力,因此,通过研究不同压边力大小对成形质量的影响,确定出最佳压边力的值。最后,依据上述分析结果,设计了模具,生产出了合格产品。
The schemes of direct forming and double stamping for car hinge were compared and analyzed by means of numerical simulation with Dyanform software. The results show that the adequate stretch of the material can be acquired with a few wrinkling and the part can be adequately strengthened in double stamping. The blank shape was optimized in view of the double stamping. By simulation, it is found that the blank-holder force is the main influence factor for the forming quality. Influence of different blank-holder forces on forming quality was studied and the best optimum blank-holder force was obtained. On the basis of the analysis result, the mould was designed which produced the qualified products.
