摘要
介绍了汽车覆盖件成形数值模拟涉及的关键技术,如有限元理论、几何造型技术、有限元单元技术、材料模型、工艺条件、接触摩擦、拉延筋、回弹处理技术等,指出了应用这些关键性技术所遇到的主要问题,并展望了其发展前景。
This paper presents some key technologies involved in numerical simulation of automotive covering part forming,such as FEA theory,geometry prototype technology,finite element unit technology,material model,processing requirements,contact friction,drawing rib,spring back treatment technology,etc.,and points out some major problems which are faced by taking these key technologies,in the end,the paper provides prospect of these technologies developments.
