摘要
详细讨论了热流道板的流道设计、加热形式及热功率计算、热膨胀量补偿以及密封等问题,并对流道板的制造方法作了介绍。采用平衡式分流道和合适的流道尺寸可以保证注射时熔体的均匀充填;正确布置加热元件和温控元件的位置以及合理的热功率计算可以保证熔体温度的均匀稳定;流道板的热膨胀补偿和合理的密封设计可以防止生产过程中出现熔体泄漏。
The design and manufacture of hot runner plates, including its runner, heating mode, calculation of thermal power, compensation for thermal expansion amount and sealing, etc. were discussed in detail. The use of equilibrium runner and suited runner dimension can ensure the uniform fill of the melts in the injection process. The appropriate arrangement of heating and temperature control units, and proper calculation of thermal power can guarantee the uniformity and stability of the melts temperature. And the compensation for the hot runner plate thermal expansion and the fitting sealing design can prevent the melts leakage during the course of production.
