摘要
提出了成双冲压的参数化设计方法,基于UG平台,开发出一个成双冲压的参数化设计模块,实现了覆盖件成双冲压的参数化设计,既能改善板料拉深条件,使材料流动和拉深压力分布趋于均匀化,又能提高设计效率,节省材料。
A parametric design module for double stamping of automobile panel was developed based on UG software in which way deep drawing condition can be improved;the material flow and drawing pressure distribution tends to be uniform;the design effect can be enhanced and material consumption reduced.
