摘要
基于人的个性发展而实施的个性教育活动,在不同历史时期其内涵和主题得到不断丰富和拓展。当代个性教育的核心主题无疑是对个体的创造性教育和培养,这与高等教育的本质要求内在一致,顺应了时代的要求和呼唤。因此,高校必须转变教育观念,尊重个性,因材施教,实施个性教育,创设适宜的教育教学环境,构建既有利于大学生个性发展又有利于其创新能力培养的教育教学体系及其体制,这是培养大学生创新能力的现实选择。
Based on personal characteristic development, characteristic education＇ s connotation and theme have been increasingly developed in different ages of history. The principle of modern characteristic education is definitely the creative training and education for individuals, which is consistent with the essential requirement of higher education and conform to the trend of our times. Therefore, universities must change the notion of education, respect individuality, perform individualized instruction, create good teaching and learning environment and build up an education system which is helpful for the development of university students＇ characteristic and innovation ability.
