摘要
随着自动化、人工智能、大数据、物联网、5G等技术应用于物流业,带动传统物流行业转型升级,物流已经成为了不可缺少的关键行业,正在为人们提供现代化的综合服务,同时也是人才与技术高度密集的行业之一。因此,培养满足现代物流发展需要的复合型专门人才,帮助物流业朝着科学化、创新化的方向稳健发展,成为了关键。围绕教学目标开展人才培养模式的探索,构建对应课程体系和模块化课程内容,探索了物流管理专业本科层次应用型人才培养模式。
With the application of automation,artificial intelligence,big data,Internet of things,5G and other technologies in the logistics industry,which drives the transformation and upgrading of traditional logistics industry,logistics has become an indispensable key industry,which is providing people with comprehensive services of modernization,and is also one of the industries with highly talent and technology intensive.Therefore,it is the key to cultivate compound specialized talents to meet the development of modern logistics and help the logistics industry develop in a scientific and innovative direction.This paper explores the talent training mode around the teaching objectives,sets up the curriculum system,promotes the coordination and integration of multiple disciplines,Construct corresponding curriculum system and modular curriculum content,and explores the cultivation mode of applied talents at the undergraduate level of logistics management major.
