摘要
介绍食品安全风险分析的基本内涵,并阐述食品安全风险分析在制定食品标准、建立食品质量管理体系和食品安全预警体系时的重要作用。
The basic connotation of food safety risk analysis was introduced, and the important in the establishment of food criterion, food quality control system and food early warning system was described in this paper.
