摘要
本文对多糖的结构、和生物学活性研究展望几个方面进行了综述。多糖具有调节免疫、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、抗衰老等重要生物学功能,可用于开发保健食品。
The molecular structure and the bioactivity of polysaccharide were reviewed in this paper.Polysaccharides possess lots of bioactivities,such as immune regulation,anti-tumor,anti-virus,hypoglycemic activity,antilipemic function,antioxidation,anti-ageing efficiency,and so on.development of health foods containing polysaccharides has a promising prospect.
