摘要
结合微生物发酵实验教学的特点,采取多种手段,在教学中积极培养学生理论联系实际能力、自主性、创造性、严谨的科学态度以及吃苦耐劳、团队协作精神等,探索了本实验教学对于高等教育中的素质教育的重要作用,取得了不错的效果。
Some measures were adopted in the fermentation engineering experiment teaching to explore its important role in the quality education. Good effect is achieved in the aspects of cultivating the ability of combining theory with practice, creativeness, thoroughness, and the spirit of hard-working and team cooperation of the students.
