摘要
文章结合作者多年的教学实践,探讨了在发酵工程课程教学改革中,通过利用更新教学内容、优化教学手段、探索教学模式和改革考核方式等方面的课程教学改革的措施,以提高课堂教学质量及提高生物工程专业学生的专业素质和能力。
Based on years of teaching practice,we discusses the teaching reform of fermentation engineering course,by renewing teaching content,teaching means and measures,exploration of the teaching mode and reform the way of examination and so on,to improve teaching quality and improve biological engineering professional students quality and ability.
