费斯汀格认知不协调理论及其对德育的启示 被引量:4

Festinger's Cognitive Dissonance Theory and Its Enlightenment to Moral Education

摘要 费斯汀格认知不协调理论认为,人的认知系统有保持协调一致的倾向。当认知不协调发生时,人们会感到一定的心理压力,这种压力会推动人们努力减少或消除不协调。依据这一理论,要减轻或消除学校德育过程中学生的认知不协调,德育工作者应从以下几个方面着手:一是注重提高德育工作者的劝导说服力;二是积极建构良好的同学关系;三是合理利用奖惩手段;四是努力营造和谐的德育情境;五是定期开展道德实践活动。 According to Festinger's cognitive dissonance theory, people's cognitive system has a tendency to keep consonance. People would feel a certain psychological pressure while in cognitive dissonance, that would promote people to make efforts to reduce or eliminate the dissonance. Based on this theory, in order to reduce or eliminate students' cognitive dissonance in school's moral education, moral educators should put their hands to the following aspects: First, lay stress on raising the ability of persuading and convincing of moral educators, secondly, positively construct good relationship among students, third, reasonably use the means of award and punishments, fourth, make efforts to create harmonious situations for moral education, fifth, have moral practices regularly.
