摘要
短线预制桥梁成型线形与姿态控制的关键在于节段预制阶段。为了寻找一种预制阶段节段线形和姿态控制的方法,在常用节段预制施工方法的基础上,根据节段几何要素测量结果,研究了节段理论线形和姿态误差修正的两种方法:直接纠正法和三次样条曲线拟合法。在综合采用这两种方法的基础上提出一种预制节段线形和姿态的控制方法。该方法将为桥梁节段短线预制线形和姿态计算机预告系统的建立提供理论依据。
The key to alignment and attitude control lies in the stage of segment prefabrication. Based on the results from measurement of geometry elements of the segment, two methods are studied for correction of errors in the theoretical alignment and attitude of the segment, i.e. the direct correction and the cubic spline curve fitting. On the basis of the comprehensive use of those two methods, an integrated alignment and attitude control method is proposed, which provides a theoretical base for the computer system predicting the alignment and attitude control of short-line precast segmental bridges.
