节段预制拼装连续刚构桥合龙方案研究 被引量:4

Study of Closure Schemes for Continuous Rigid-Frame Bridge Constructed by Segmental Prefabrication and Assembly

摘要 为改善节段预制拼装连续刚构桥的成桥内力状态,以南京四桥南引桥某一联4×50m连续刚构(先简支后连续)为背景,采用有限元法分析4跨同步合龙法,逐跨推进合龙法,先两边、后中间合龙法,前后半联二次合龙法的成桥内力。分析结果表明:先两边、后中间合龙方案桥墩弯矩值更均匀,中跨、边跨最大弯矩的比值比较接近,梁体弯矩的均匀程度相当,临时支座反力效果较好,确定该桥采用先两边、后中间方案合龙。 To improve the internal force condition of continuous rigid-frame bridges that are constructed by segmental prefabrication and assembly, a unit of 4 5( 50 m continuous rigid-frame structure of the south approach of the Fourth Nanjing Changjiang River Bridge, which took shape by transforming from a simply supported structure to a continuous structure, was taken as the study background. The finite element method was used to analyze the internal forces in the com- pleted bridge state when the structure were to be closed by the proposed closing schemes, inclu- ding the parallel closing of the four spans, span-by-span closing method, the method of closing the side spans first and the intermediate spans later and the method of closing the half of both the front and rear units first and then closing the whole continuous unit. The results of the analysis indica- ted that when the method of closing the side spans first and the intermediate spans later was used, the bending moments of the piers were more uniform, the bending moments in the intermediate spans and the side spans were proximate, the uniformity of the bending moments in the beams were equal, and the temporary bearings had good reaction forces. Therefore, the closing scheme of closing the side spans first and the intermediate spans later was chosen for the bridge.
