摘要
香港东区立交工程新建预应力箱梁桥10座,每座桥3或4跨,跨径40m,桥与桥之间采用伸缩缝过渡。箱梁桥采用短线法预制节段梁,梁厂设在中山市,节段梁预制后海运至香港悬臂拼装。节段梁预制分为T构和边跨段。T构以中墩墩顶节段作为起始单元,分对称的2条线分别向T构两侧逐段匹配预制;边跨段以过渡墩墩顶节段为起始单元,向边跨段匹配预制,施工工艺与T构相同。工程配备2条生产线,设置3套模板和台座系统进行工厂流水化生产,实现了每套预制台座2d生产1个节段梁的进度要求。施工过程中对原材料、施工工艺、试验监控各个方面严格控制,与监理工程师进行必要的联合检查,确保了节段梁质量符合技术规范要求。
The Eastern Interchange Project in Hongkong involves the construction of 10 prestressed box girder bridges,each having three or four 40 mlong spans.These 10 bridges are transitioned by expansion joints.The box girder bridges adopt the girder fabricated by short-line segmental prefabrication method,with the fabrication yard built in Zhongshan city,the girder sections ready are transported to Hongkong by sea for cantilever assembly.The prefabrication of the girder sections includes the T units and the side span sections.For the T unit,the pier top section of the intermediate pier is marked as the starting point,and the section-by-section match prefabrication was progressed along two symmetrical lines(one on each side of the T unit).For the side spans,the sections on the transition pier tops are the starting points,and the prefabrication proceeded towards the side span ends,the construction technique of which is similar to that of the T units.Two production lines,three sets of formwork and platform systems were used for the industrialized fabrication,realizing the schedule requirements of completing the fabrication of one girder section in 2days on each set of fabrication platform.During the construction process,the raw materials,construction technique,testing and monitoring must experience stringent control.If necessary,joint inspection should be down with the supervision engineers to ensure that the quality of the girder sections satisfies the requirements of the technical specification.
