摘要
高校青年教师发展性评价是一种着眼于青年教师全面发展的认识活动,有助于青年教师的成长和青年教师队伍建设与科学管理。该评价体系的核心模块及其基本结构框架设计具有可行性、实用性、客观性和易用性。
The developmental evaluation for young teachers in colleges and universities is a ideological activity focuses on the allevelopment of young teachers, thus, it is valuable for their growth and teamwork development and scientific management. The core modules and design of basic framework of this kind of evaluation system are claimed to be of feasible, pragmatic, objective and using-friendly.
