摘要
目的测定拈痛丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用离子对色谱法,Diamonsil C18柱,乙腈-水(体积比52∶48)(每1000mL加磷酸二氢钾3.4g,十二烷基硫酸钠1.7g)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长265nm,柱温为室温。结果盐酸小檗碱平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为2.89%(n=6)。结论该法可用于拈痛丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
Objective To develop a method for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Niantongwan. Methods The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil-C18 column using acetonitrile-water （52： 48, containing 3.4 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1.7 g of sodium laurylsulfate per 1 000 mL）as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength 265 nm. Results The average recovery for berberine hydrochloride was 99.8% with RSD 2. 89% （n =6）. Conclusion The method can be used for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Niantongwan.
