摘要
目的:探讨妇科止带胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。色谱柱D iamonsil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.7%三乙胺溶液(磷酸调节pH值至3)50∶50,流速1 m l/m in,检测波长265 nm。结果:该方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.5%(n=9),RSD=1.8%。结论:本方法简便、测定结果准确、重现性好,可控制妇科止带胶囊的质量。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of the berberine hydrochloride contents in Fukezhidai capsules. Methods： The HPLC with a C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.7% triethylamine （adjusted to pH 3 with H3PO4） （50： 50） with a flow rate of 1 ml/ rain, and the UV detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results： There was a good linear correlation. The average recovery rate was 100.5% （ n = 9 ）, RSD = 1.8%. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate, reliable and could be used for quality control of Fukezhidai capsule.
