摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定扁咽口服液中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18;流动相:甲醇-20mM醋酸铵溶液(40∶60);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:345nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果盐酸小檗碱浓度在2.712～271.2μg.mL-1范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.31%,RSD为1.35%(n=6)。结论本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于扁咽口服液的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of berberine in Bianyan oral solution.Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-20 mM ammonium acetate（40∶60）;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the detection wavelength was 345 nm;the column temperature was set at 30 ℃;the inject volume was 10 μL.Results A good linear correlation of berberine was observed within the range of 2.712-271.2 μg·mL-1（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.31% with RSD of 1.35%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Bianyan oral solution.
