摘要
教师对学生的态度和所采取的教育方式,直接取决于他对学生的评价。而不同的评价方式对学生心理的影响不同,因此,加强学生评价改革是预防师源性心理障碍、促进学生心理健康发展的重要内容。
Teacher's attitude towards students and his educational method depend directly on his evaluation on the students.Different evaluation methods lead to different influence on students' psychology.Therefore,reinforcing the reform of students' evaluation is an important aspect to protect the students from the psychological barriers by teachers and promote healthy development of their psychology.
