摘要
利用超临界CO2流体从大豆油脱臭馏出物中提取植物甾醇。主要考察萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间及CO2流量对提取的影响,确定最佳萃取条件为:压力20MPa,温度45℃,CO2流量20kg/h,萃取4h。在此条件下植物甾醇的收率为65%以上,纯度80%~85%。
Phytosterol was extracted by supercritical - CO2 fluid from deodorized soybean oil, the main factors of extraction were extracting pressure, temperature, time, and the flow rate of carbon dioxide. The optical extracting conditions were : 25MPa, 45℃ , CO2 flow - rate 20kg/h, extracting for 4h. At this condition, the sterol purity can be up to 65% above, and the yield was up to 80-85%. This technology will have a great application value for its simple and high extraction rate.
