摘要
植物甾醇广泛分布于植物界,被誉为"生命的钥匙",具有很高的应用价值。寻找一种快捷、准确的植物甾醇分析检测的前处理方法对提高其纯度和便于分析检测具有重要的意义。笔者对传统和现代的植物甾醇分析检测的前处理方法进行了综述,包括超声波辅助萃取法、加速溶剂萃取法、络合法、吸附法、皂化法、溶剂结晶法、固相萃取、色谱分离法、超临界流体萃取法以及分子蒸馏法等,希望对今后的甾醇分析研究工作有一定的帮助。
Phytosterols called as the key to life are widely distributed in plants field and have very high application value. Therefore,looking for a rapid and accurate pretreatment method for determination of phytosterols is significant to improve its purity and analyze it easily. The traditional and modem pretreatment technologies for determination of phytosterols are reviewed in this study, including ultrasonic assisted extraction, accelerated solvent extraction, complex extraction, adsorption extraction, saponification-extraction, and so on, which is helpful to analyze the phytosterols in the future.
