滇黄精对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤神经元的作用 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨滇黄精对脑缺血/再灌注损伤的防治作用及其机理。方法:大鼠随机分为正常对照组、脑缺血/再灌注损伤模型组、滇黄精治疗组和复方丹参治疗组。夹闭双侧颈总动脉,建立脑缺血/再灌注损伤大鼠模型。测定血浆丙二醛(MDA)浓度、脑组织水含量,脑组织海马CA1区神经元记数。结果:滇黄精能减轻双侧颈总动脉结扎所致大鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤的程度,降低大鼠血浆MDA的生成和血浆总钙含量,减轻脑水肿的程度;滇黄精治疗组海马CA1区正常神经元数目明显高于缺血组。结论:滇黄精可减轻全脑缺血/再灌注损伤,其机制与降低氧自由基水平有关。 Objective:To explore the protective effects of polygonatum and its mechanism during cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods: The rats are randomized into the control group, cerebral ischemia group, polygonatum-treated group and dan-shen root treated group. The malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma is observed, water content of the brain tissue are also measured. Results: In cerebral ischemia group MDA content in plasma and water content of the brain tissues increase remarkably. In Polygonatum-treating group, the abnormal changes of indexes as above are improved markedly, and there is significant difference between IR group and Polygonatum group (P〈0.05 and P〈0.01 ), and normal neurons of hippooampus CA1 areas in Polygonatum-treating group are significantly higher than ischemia group in rats. Conclusion: Polygonatum can attenuate cerebral isehemia and its mechanism is related to its reducing oxygen free radicals.
