摘要
水提法从黄精属的一种(polygonatumsp.)分离得到一种含糖量为96.25%的黄精多糖(Polygonatumpolysaccharide,简称PP)。PP经UV-240紫外分光光度计扫描,其特征吸收率为200nm,无蛋白质(280nm)和核酸(260mn)的特征吸收峰。浓度分别为0.05%、0.5%、2%的PP哺养果蝇(60d)的实验结果表明:三种浓度组两性果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命均明显延长,平均延寿率分别为23.07%(♀)和16.88%(♂),43.22%(♀)和16.58%(♂),39.24%(♀)和21.69%(♂)。浓度分别为0.05%和0.5%的PP自始至终喂养果蝇的重复实验结果表明:两性果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命均明显延长,平均延寿率分别为:39.98%(♀)和28.66%(♂),43.23%(♀)和53.76%(♂)。实验结果经统计学处理均有显著性差异。
A polysaccharide (PP) containing 96.25% of sugar was isolated by water extraction from Polygonatum sp. The scanning by UV-240 recording spectrophotometer indicated that the characteristic UV-absorption peak of PP was 200nm and no detectable protein (280nm)and nucleic acid (260 nm) peaks existed. PP could prolong the maximum life-span of Drosophila melanogaster and increase its average life-span by 23.07% (female)and 1 6. 88% (male),4 3.22 % (female)and 1 6.58%.(male).39.24% ( femle) and 2 1 . 69% (male).respectively at the concentrations of 0.05%, 0.5% and 2% of PP(only fed for 60 days)as compared with the control group,Another experiment at the concentrations of 0.05% and 0.5% of PP fed for its whole life showed an even better result. i.e.,the average life-span was increased respectively by 39.9%(female)and 28.66%(male), 43.23% (female)and 53.76 %(male). The results of the two experiments showed that PP possessed an obvious anti-ageing effect.
