摘要
部门行政法与行政法之间的关系不完全是总则与分论的关系。其与部门行政管理之间的密切关系,以及以问题为核心的研究特点,很可能会催生出边缘性的、多学科交融的崭新学科。
This article discusses the relationship between administrative law in general sense and in special fields. After finding out some main research difficulties in this respect, this article strives to think about, taking police law as an example, the reconstruction and development of the special administrative law.
