摘要
目的:探讨川芎嗪对淋巴循环的作用。方法:采用淋巴微循环观察、淋巴引流和淋巴流变学研究方法,观察测定不同剂量川芎嗪对32只大鼠肠淋巴循环的作用。结果:低剂量川芎嗪具有扩张肠系膜淋巴管口径、延长淋巴管舒张期时间、提高收缩性指数及增加肠淋巴流量的作用,各值显著高于给药前和对照组水平(P<0.05);之后随着川芎嗪剂量的增加,以上调节作用反而逐渐消失。川芎嗪还可降低淋巴液粘度,与给药组及对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪对淋巴循环具有调节作用,其作用强度与剂量有关。
AIM： To explore effects of ligustrazine on lymph circulation in rat. METHODS： Effects of ligustrazine from different doses on lymph circulation were observed and determined in 32 rats by lymph microcirculation observation, lymph fluid drainage and lymph theology determineation. RESULTS. Ligustrazine with lower dose could dilate mesenteric lymphatics （ML）, prolong the time of diastolic phase, increase the contractibility index and intestinal lymph flow, and each value was obviously higher than that of pre-administration and the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. But the regulative effect died out gradually in company with the increased dose of ligustrazine. Ligustrazine could also reduce the viscosity of lymph fluid, there were significant differences compared with the administration and control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Ligustrazine has an effect of regulation on lymph circulation, and its effect is concerned with the dose of the administration.
