摘要
很多传统运动控制系统存在结构封闭、功能单一等问题。针对这些问题,分析了各种开放式运动控制系统的特点,并设计了一种基于运动控制卡的开放式运动控制系统。该系统选用Lab-Windows/CVI作为上位机系统软件平台,PCL-839运动控制卡作为下位机,实现对步进电机的精确控制。运行结果表明,该系统能够很好地满足现代运动控制系统的要求,而且系统硬件、软件都实现了对用户的最终开放,提高了系统可维护性和可操作性。
Dealing with the problems on traditional motion control system, such as closing structure, sole function the characteristics of several opening motion control system were discussed, and an opening system was designed and set up by using motion control card. The virtual instrument design soft LabWindows/CVI was used as the host computer application's platform. The PCL-839 made by Advantech was used as subordinate computer to realize the precise control of stepping-motor. The results show that the system meets the modern motion control system's requirement. Both the hardware system and the application soft of the system are opening to users, which improve the system maintainability and maneuverability.
