一种基于LabWindows/CVI的速度和加速度测量方法及应用

摘要 介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器LabWindows/CVI的M测速法和加速度方法,并将其应用在某火炮随动系统负载模拟仿真半实物试验台被试电机的测速上。系统涵盖硬件和软件的设计,硬件选用了增量式光电编码器、光栅编码采集卡和伺服电机。测速过程中虚拟仪器Labwindows/CVI能够较准确地测出光栅编码采集卡在固定时间内所采集的脉冲个数,并以此脉冲数通过计算及平滑滤波得到准确的速度。通过试验证明测速的实时性和准确性较高,完全满足随动系统负载模拟仿真的高实时性和准确度的要求。 The M speed and acceleration measurement method based on virtual instrument LabWindows/CVI is introduced and applied in the semi-physical simulation test bench for artillery servo system load to test motor speed.The system design includes hardware and software design. Incremental photoelectric encoder, grating encoding capture card and servo motors, are selected as hardware. In the process of speed measurement,virtual instrument LabWindows/CVI can measure the number of pulses collected by the grating encoding capture card within a fixed time more accurately based on which system gets an accurate speed by calculating and smoothing. Speed test proved the real-time and high accuracy of the system which fully meets real-time and high accuracy requirements of the servo system load simulation.
