摘要
文章研究了一种在PC计算机W indows操作系统下基于USB总线的多轴运动控制器,定义了基于USB总线的运动控制数据传输协议———USBmc(USB for motion control),详细叙述了协议的数据包格式和启动过程。文章给出了运动控制器系统的总体构架、硬件组成及软件实现方法。运动控制器系统还为用户提供运动控制函数库,用户在此基础上易于实现特定的运动控制要求。该运动控制器现已开发成功并交付用户使用。
This paper studies a multi-axis motion controller based on USB of PC＇s Windows operation system, drawing a data exchange protocol for positioning control-USBmc （USB for motion control）, The format of data package and the process of operation are described in detail. The architecture of the system, the method of hardware and software realization are discussed deeply. The lib of motion control function is also provided for users, it＇s easier to implement special requirement by using it. This motion controller has been developed successfully and can be used now.
