摘要
为了解决传统的数控实验设备自身的局限性,结合当前开放式运动系统的发展趋势,开发一种高效的开放式运动控制系统机械装置。基于PC平台,PMAC运动控制卡为核心,BP网络的PID调节,实现运动控制系统的有关功能和操作。实验表明,运动速度和位置误差小,可以实现人机接口的定制和实时控制部件的参数化,而且轨迹行程精确、响应速度快、定位准确度高等优良性能。
Considering the characteristics of Motion Controller and the development trend of open NC system, this paper presents an Open-architecture Motion Controller system based on the technique of PMAC motion control, which has double CPU and uses PMAC Motion Controller as its control system kernel and industrial control computer as its system sustaining cell, also introduces system function, hardware configuration and the method of software design. It is proven that this Motion Controller system have some excellent capabilities such as precise trajectory, httle responding time, high precision in fixing position.
