摘要
目的进一步提高临床护理教学质量,使临床教学评价工具更具有客观性和可操作性。方法采用文献检索法建立了2个评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法请48名护理专家进行论证。结果确立了护理本科生临床实习质量综合评价指标体系及其权重,确立了带教教师教学质量综合评价指标体系及其权重。结论咨询专家对2个评价指标体系的合适程度及其重要性的看法均比较一致,为将来应用于临床教学实践与测评、提高护理本科生临床教学效果奠定了基础。
Objective To develop objective and feasible evaluation tools in order to further improve the clinical teaching quality. Methods Two evaluation index systems were established through literature retrieve and measured by 48 experts according to Delphi Technique. Results The evaluation index system of nursing undergraduate students and the teaching quality evaluation index system of clinical mentors were established. Conclusions The experts considered congruously that the two evaluation index system were appropriate and important.The foundation of the application of the two evaluation index systems was established.
