摘要
高校教师作为高校重要的人力资源,在高校建设与发展中起着非常重要的作用,对高校教师的职业能力进行客观、系统的评价有助于高校教师队伍的建设。针对高校教师社会角色的特殊要求,从高校教师所需基本能力、专业能力以及专业外能力三个层面,通过构建体现高校教师综合职业能力的评价指标体系,建立了基于熵权法和模糊理论的综合评价模型,并将其应用于一组实例,证明了该方法的实用性。
College teachers,as an important human resource of university,play a very important role in the construction and development of colleges and universities.The objective and systematic evaluation of college teacher’s professional ability is helpful to the construction of the teaching staff of colleges and universities.Aiming at the special requirements of the social role of college teachers,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of university teachers’comprehensive professional ability from three aspects:basic ability,professional ability and extra-professional ability required by university teachers.A comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight method and fuzzy theory is set up and applied to a group of examples to prove the practicability of the method.
