摘要
默会知识因其“只可意会、不可言传”等特性而长期为人们所忽视。但它所蕴含的知识传递理念却无时不在启迪我们:应该正视和尊重默会知识,切实加强实践教学,积极倡导师徒制等教学方式。
Tacit knowledge has long been ignored because it may only be understood, but not explained. But what it contains actually does enlighten us. university educational reform should face up to and respect tacit knowledge, practically strengthens the practice teaching, and positively advocates tutorial system.
