外源激素对采后芒果果实的3种生理效应

摘要 以台农1号芒果果实为材料,研究了室温贮藏条件下(20℃、RH70%~85%)外源激素对采后芒果脂氧合酶(LOX)活性、脱落酸(ABA)含量、呼吸强度变化的影响。结果表明,用100mmol/L的乙烯利(CEPA)溶液浸果3min,使贮藏期芒果的LOX活性高峰提前出现,在贮藏前期(10d以内)对芒果果实的呼吸强度具有明显的促进作用,使ABA含量保持在较低的水平;5mmol/L的ABA溶液浸泡果实3min,也使贮藏期LOX活性高峰提前出现,对芒果的呼吸强度具有一定的抑制作用。由此推测,芒果采后衰老过程与LOX活性、ABA含量和乙烯含量三者密切相关。 Changes of lipoxygenase activity, abscisic acid content and respiratory rate were assessed of mango fruits (cv. Tainong No.l) treated with ectohormones during storage at room temperature 20℃ and relative humidity 70%-85%. The results showed that LOX activity peak of mangos which were dipped in CEPA solution at 100 mg/L concentration for 3 minutes was advanced, the respiratory rate was accelerated obviously and the ABA content was kept at low level within the 10 storage days. Analogously, the LOX activity peak of mangos which were dipped in ABA solution at 5 mg/L concentration for 3 minutes was advanced, but the respiratory rate was restrained. So it is conferred that the senescence process of post-harvest mangos is closely related with LOX activity, ABA content and ethylene content.
