摘要
以绿熟转色期的仰韶黄杏为试材 ,研究了乙烯利 (CEPA)促杏果实后熟的生理效应 .结果表明 ,10 0mg·kg-1CEPA能加速杏果实叶绿素和AsA的降解、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷的积累、O-·2 和H2 O2 产生、也能抑制SOD和POD酶活性 .认为CEPA加速杏果实成熟与促进细胞脂质过氧化代谢有关 .
Yangshao yellow apricots at the coler changing ripening stage from green were used as experimental subject to study the physiological effect of Ethephon(CEPA) on ripening and senescence in postharvest apricot fruit.The results show that pastharvest treatment with CEPA at 100 mg·kg -1 can promote chlorophyll and AsA degradation,carotenoid and anthocy anin accumulation during apricot fruit ripening and senescence process.Also,CEPA can increase the production of O -· 2 and H 2O 2,and inhibit the activity of SOD and POD in apricot fruits after harvesting.This fact suggests that the CEPA treatment causing the membrance lipid peroxidation rainforcement might be the neason for promoting apricot fruiits ripening and senescence.
