摘要
以豆虫为寄主接种蛹虫草菌种,培育出豆虫草,比较了豆虫草与蚕蛹虫草、冬虫夏草的主要活性成分。结果表明:豆虫草的虫草素是冬虫夏草的35倍,虫草及其菌核的腺苷含量与冬虫夏草的相当,豆虫草SOD酶活性是冬虫夏草的1.5倍,豆虫草所含有的多糖是普通蚕蛹虫草的2倍。豆虫草是一种有良好前景的虫草新资源。
The various militaris fungi was cultured in larva of clanis bilineata. Cordyceps militaris ( Clanis bilineata) was obtained. The active components were compared in cordyeeps species. The result showed that over content of eordycepin and activity of SOD of militaris( clants bilittetua ) was 35, 1.5 times that of sinensis respectively. The content of adenosin of C. militaris (clanis bilineata ) was same as that of sinensis. The content of polysaecharide of C. militaris ( clattis bilineata ) was 2 times that of C. militaris. C. militaris( clanis bilineata) is a promising new resource of eordyceps species.
