摘要
综述了人参皂苷Rb2对脂代谢、糖代谢、视网膜色素上皮细胞、DNA、RNA以及蛋白质的合成、肿瘤细胞、中枢神经系统、心血管系统等方面的药理作用以及在动物体内的分布、代谢和药代动力学研究概况。
<Abstrcat> This paper systematically deals with the literature on pharmacological research of Ginsenoside Rb_2 ,which affects lipid metabolism, glycometabolsm, retinal pigment epithelium,DNA and RNA synthesis,protein synthesis, tumor cell,central nervous system and cardiovascular system. It also discusses the research on its distribution in body,its metabolism and pharmacokinetics.
