Correlation of lipase activity and serum triglyceride concentration

摘要 目的 :通过观察血清脂肪酶 (LIPA)活性与甘油三酯 (TG)的相关性 ,探讨正常人群不明原因血清LIPA活性升高的机制。方法 :正常查体人群 6 0 5例 ,分为A组 (年龄 <30岁 ,n =5 0 ) ,B组 (年龄为 31~ 5 9岁 ,n =15 9)和C组(年龄 >6 0岁 ,n =396 )。清晨空腹静脉抽血。用美中互利Vitros 2 5 0全自动干化学分析仪测定血清LIPA活性 ,同时以Roche公司TG试剂盒 ,在日立 76 0 0全自动生化分析仪上测定血清TG浓度。结果 :LIPA与TG在A组不具有相关性 ,在B组具有相关性 (r=0 .4 95 9,y =79.13x +2 5 .6 0 ) ,在C组也具有相关性 (r=0 .4 179,y =5 1.39x +10 7.93)。结论 :中老年人群中 ,血清LIPA的升高与TG升高具有一定相关性 ,而青年组则未见此改变。 Objective: To observe the correlation of lipase(LIPA) activity and triglyceride(TG) concentration and to explore the mechanism of raise of serum lipase without clear reasons in healthy people. Methods: A total of 605 healthy persons were divided into 3 groups: group A (under 30 years of age, n=50), group B (31-59 years of age, n=159) and group C (over 60 years of age, n=396). Their fasting blood was taken in morning. The lipase activity and TG concentrations were determined by Vitros 250 automatic dry chemical analyzers and Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer, respectively. The TG reagent was purchased from Roche Company. Results: In group B, group C, TG and LIPA had positive correlation (r=0.4959,0.4179). Conclusion: The lipase activity and TG concentration have evident correlation in middle aged and aged groups, but have no such change in young group.
