摘要
目的:对国内外不同年限西洋参的挥发性化学成分进行测定分析,为西洋参的进一步开发和利用提供理论依据。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术结合气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对西洋参的挥发性成分进行提取、分析与鉴定,采用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果:共鉴定出147种化合物,包括烃类92种、醇类17种、醛类9种、酮类7种、酯类3种、有机酸及酚类2种、杂环类及其他化合物17种。吉林蛟河3、4年生和加拿大魁北克3、4年生4个西洋参样品的挥发性成分中分别鉴定出55、69、49、63种化合物,特有成分分别为21、33、17、28种,共有成分为16种。结论:国内外西洋参的挥发性化学成分的含量和组成存在很大差异。
Objective:To analysis the volatile chemical compounds of Panax quinquefolium from different years at home and abroad,and to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Panax quinquefolium.Methods:Headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)were used to extract,analyze and identify the volatile components from Panax quinquefolium.The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization.Results:A total of 147 compounds were identified,including 92 hydrocarbons,17 alcohols,9 aldehydes,7 ketones,3 esters,2 organic acids and phenols and 17 heterocyclic compounds and other compounds.Among the volatile components of four Panax quinquefolium samples,including three,four year old samples in Jiaohe of Jilin province and three,four year old samples in Quebec of Canada,55,69,49 and 63 compounds were identified,respectively,with 21,33,17,28 unique components and 16 total components.Conclusion:There are great differences between the content and composition of volatile chemical components of Panax quinquefolium at home and abord.
