摘要
目的探讨参七黄稳斑胶囊降脂和抑制炎性因子以防治动脉粥样硬化(AS)的作用。方法球囊拉伤加高脂饮食造AS兔模型后,分为不稳定斑块对照组(A组)、参七黄稳斑胶囊治疗组(B组)、辛伐他汀治疗组(C组),B组、C组以药物干预,12周、24周检测血脂及血清中血管间细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、细胞间细胞黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的浓度(酶法)。结果B组、C组血脂、血清VCAM-1、ICAM-1和hs-CRP的浓度较A组显著降低(P<0.001),且B组优于C组(P<0.05)。结论参七黄稳斑胶囊有较好的降脂及抑制炎症反应的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Shenqihuang Wenban capsule for prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic plaque. Methods Atherosclerosis plaques rabbit models established by balloon -induced abdominal aorta wall injury and a diet of high cholesterol were divided into 3 group: Instability group(group A), Shenqihuang Wenban capsule group(group B) treated with Shenqi- huang Wenban capsule and simvastatin group(group C) treated with simvastatin. The concentration of vascular cellular adhesion molecule- 1 (VCAM- 1),intercellular cellular adhesion molecule- 1 (ICAM- 1), high sensitivity C reaction protein (hs -CRP) and blood lipid were tested on 12th and 24th week. Results Compared with group A,the concentration of VCAM- 1,ICAM- 1,hs - CRP, blood lipid in the group B and the group C were reduced (P〈0. 001). The effects in group B were superior to group C(P〈0.05). Conclusion Shenqihuang Wenban capsule could decreased blood lipid and inhibited inflammatory factors.
