镁合金涂装保护体系失效特性及铬酸盐转化膜的影响 被引量:21

DEGRADATION OF PAINTS ON MAGNESIUM ALLOYS AND INFLUENCE OF CHROMATE CONVERSION COATING

摘要 对镁合金/有机涂层、碳钢/有机涂层及镁合金/铬酸盐转化膜/有机涂层等3种涂装体系进行了盐雾试验,结果表明,镁合金直接涂装的试样涂层失效远比碳钢迅速;铬酸盐处理大大提高了镁合金涂装保护体系的寿命.结合金属/涂层界面附着力测试,从界面反应与吸附等角度,对镁合金涂装体系的失效特性进行了分析;认为对于镁合金表面涂装保护体系,转化膜处理过程是必要的. The degradation of three finishing systems,carbon steel/paint,magne sium alloy/paint,magnesium/chromate conversion coating(ccc)/paint,was studied by salt spray test.The result showed that painted magnesium alloys blistered mu ch more quickly than painted carbon steel while painted magnesium alloys with ch romate conversion coatings showed good anticorrosion properties.The result was analyzed from the aspect of the adhesion of metal/coating interface.Paint base such as chromate conversion coating was necessary to the paint finishing of magn esium alloys.
