摘要
通过AZ91镁合金表面等离子处理,获得了镁合金表面熔凝层组织,采用SEM,EDS,极化曲线等测试方法,对处理后的AZ91镁合金微观结构和耐腐蚀性进行了研究,讨论了不同电流对AZ91镁合金硬度及熔凝层深度的影响。结果表明:经等离子扫描处理后的镁合金晶粒明显细化,硬度值显著提高,自腐蚀电位增大,自腐蚀电流密度减小,耐腐蚀性得到提高。
The magnesium alloy surface melting structure was obtained by plasma surface treatment to AZ91 magnesium alloy.The microstructure and corrosion resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy were analysed by using SEM,EDS and polarization curve.The hardness and penetration were discussed at different current.It shows that the grain of the melted layer is highly refined and the hardness of the melted layer is highly improved after plasma surface treatment.The maximum hardness of AZ91 is up to150HV at presence of 50A,which outclass the hardness of substrate(about 80HV).It can be obtained that the corrosion potential increases and the corrosion current density decreases based on the polarization curve.
