摘要
研究了ZM5镁合金磷酸盐表面处理工艺。分析了前处理、化学转化膜等因素对涂膜质量的影响。利用扫描电镜和杠杆式万能强度试验机分析测定了涂层的表面形貌和附着力。结果表明,在优化的工艺条件下,所得的涂层均匀且与基体的结合能力良好,对镁合金基体有较好的保护作用,提高了ZM5镁合金的耐湿热性等性能。
The surface treatment process for ZM5 using phosphate is investigated.Influences of factors such as pretreatment,chemical conversion film on the quality of coating are analyzed.The surface morphology and adhesion power are analyzed and examined respectively by scanning electron microscope and lever style omnipotence intension test machine.Results show that the coating obtained under optimum process is uniform with better adhesion and protective to the substrate,and improves the dampness resistance of magnesium alloy.
