摘要
针对沿海某型飞机镁合金零部件出现的腐蚀现象 ,分析、归纳出其腐蚀类型为点蚀和电化学腐蚀 ;潮湿的盐雾环境和化学氧化膜的薄而软是引起腐蚀的主要原因。镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜的耐蚀性能比化学氧化膜和阳极氧化膜有大幅度的提高 。
According to corrosion of magnesium alloy components for coastal aircraft,it is induced that corrosion types are pitting and electro-chemical corrosion;It is mainly reason that wet and salt spray environment and thin film of chemical oxidation.Corrosion resistances of magnesium alloys by microarc oxidation are superior to chemical oxidation and anodic oxidation,so this film may protect magnesium alloy components from salt spray environment.
