摘要
用调查问卷的方式对言语行为“道歉”进行了跨文化研究。 76名中国人和 10名美国人参加了本次问卷调查 ,另外采用了安娜·乔斯勃格的部分数据 ,侧重于分析中国人和美国人在使用道歉策略及对道歉回答方式上所体现的差异。
This is a cross cultural study of the speech act of'apology',using two questionnaires. 76 Chinese and 10 Americans were investigated. The data of NS E was taken from Anna Trosborg(1987). The paper focuses on the differences in apology strategies and replies to apologies between Chinese and Americans, and analyzes their underlying cultural causes.
