摘要
知识型组织人力资本的内涵较之于一般性人力资本外延要窄,但有其更为显著的特色,可被视为显性人力资本和隐性人力资本的结合,经过二者之间的互相转化获得组织人力资本价值的推进,并在价值实现上强调非经济回报,通过组织与个体之间的博弈达成人力资本支付与回报的平衡。
Knowledge organizations have their own more confined and particular understandings on the meaning of human capital. In knowledge organizations, human capital can be counted as the integration of explicit human capital and tacit human capital, and the value of it increases with the inter-transition between them. Human capital is paid back by non-economic payment being emphasized in knowledge organizations, and the balance between human capital investment and its payback is established through the bargaining between the organization and the personnel.
