摘要
通过对智力资本内涵解说,分析智力资本排他性、投资性及其合一性等特点,以此为基础,来说明智力资本给企业带来管理理念、内容、方式、手段的巨大作用。并从战略学角度上,充分认识智力资本在企业中的价值。
Through illustrating the intelligence capctal connotation,this paper has analysed hte characteristics of exclusiveness,investment and deprivation of intelligence capital.Taking this as a foundation,it has further explained the great function of intelligence capital bringed the idea,content,way and method to the interprise.From the strategic height,we should fully see its value and influence to the interprise.
