摘要
管片位移控制是确保隧道线型符合设计要求和确保隧道建筑限界的关键 ,同步注浆又是保证管片及时稳定的关键工序。文章从地质条件、衬背注浆、盾构姿态入手 ,对盾构掘进过程中管片上浮的原因进行了分析研究 ,并提出了控制措施。
Segment displacement control is the most important measure to insure the tunnel linearity in accordance with the requirements of the design and the tunnel construction clearance. At the same time, synchronous grouting is the key working procedure to ensure the segment fixed in time. Referring to geological conditions, back-grouting of tunnel lining and shield postures, the article analyzes and studies the reasons of segment upward moving in the process of shield excavation and puts forward some countermeasures.
