摘要
依托太原地铁2号线208标双塔西街站—大南门站区间工程实践,阐述了盾构在富水粉细砂地层中下穿建筑群及湖泊施工技术。盾构邻近老旧危房始发采用复合锚杆桩斜向预加固+垂直冻结法+钢套筒始发+洞内径向注浆技术方案,实现了安全始发;针对盾构下穿单孔石拱桥,提出了盾构施工参数改进和桥基精准跟踪注浆加固的水下穿桥方案,确保了施工安全;富水粉细砂层盾构隧道下穿湖泊时,通过对盾构机尾刷改造、渣土改良和掘进参数控制,有效地控制了衬砌管片变形和湖底沉降,可为类似工程提供借鉴参考。
Based on the engineering practice of the running tunnel between West Shuangta Street Station and Dananmen Station of Lot 208 of Taiyuan Metro Line 2,this paper expounds the construction technology of shield tunnelling passing through buildings and lakes in water-rich silty sand strata.For the shield launching near the old and dangerous buildings,the adopted comprehensive technical scheme includes oblique pre-reinforcement with anchor bolt pile+vertical freezing+launching from steel sleeve+radial grouting in the tunnel.Aiming at the shield tunnelling passing under the single-arch stone bridge,this paper puts forward a scheme to improve the construction parameters of shield tunnelling and reinforce the bridge foundation with accurate tracking grouting,which ensures the construction safety.When the shield tunnel passes under the lake in water-rich silty sand layer,the deformation of the segment lining and the subsidence of the lake bottom are effectively controlled by the modification of the shield tail brush,the improvement of muck and the control of tunnelling parameters,which provides a reference for similar projects.
