摘要
盾构隧道管片上浮引起的拼装困难和防水隐患等问题对施工和运营的影响日益凸显,并直接影响到工程质量。文章对盾构推进过程中管片上浮进行了现场监测及其结果分析,进而得到上浮发生和发展规律,进一步从盾构工法特性、衬背注浆、盾构姿态及线路走向等影响因素着手,对盾构掘进过程中管片产生上浮的现象、原因进行了分析研究,并提出了控制措施。
The problems such as connection and waterproof trouble,are becoming more serious to bring the con- struction quality down.This paper surveyed the rising displacement of the shield segments on spot.After the survey- ing and analysis of data,some regularities and characters of the segment rising displacement are worked out.So this paper may provide some rules to control the rising displacement in construction,ensuring the construction precision and quality.
