摘要
为实现富水砂层盾构快速施工,将双液浆首次应用于苏州富水砂层盾构施工中,结合苏州地铁5号线实际监测数据,研究浆液凝胶时间与盾构掘进速度之间的关系,选出浆液各项参数的合理范围,并提出一套切实可行的选型配比方案,实现了浆液凝胶时间100s以内的精确可控,成功解决了以往注单液浆管片上浮、沉降过大以及掘进速度慢等问题。
To realize rapid construction of shield tunneling in water-rich sandy stratum,the two-component grout is applied to the construction of shield tunneling in water-rich sandy stratum in Suzhou.Based on the monitoring data of Suzhou metro line 5,the relationship between slurry gel time and shield driving speed is studied,the rational ranges of various parameters are selected,and a set of practical and feasible selection and mixing proportioning plan of the grout is put forward,realizing precise control of grout gel time within 100 s.The problems induced by single-component grout such as segment floating,excessive settlement,and slow driving speed have been successfully avoided by two-component grout.
